When two people share a deep love for animals and a career dedicated to them, sometimes it develops into something more meaningful. In the beginning, she’s a veterinarian, dedicated to healing and caring for creatures great and small and he’s a compassionate vet tech, always ready to assist with a steady hand and a kind heart. Their friendship began in the clinic, forged through long hours, shared laughter, difficult cases, and teamwork in the face of challenges.Over time, their bond grew stronger—not just as colleagues but as partners who shared dreams, values, and a passion for making the world a better place for animals and people alike. Whether it was early morning cases, late-night emergencies, or celebrating the small victories in their work, they discovered they were each other’s perfect fit.Now, surrounded by family, friends, and the furry kids they’ve cared for along the way, they’re ready to embark on a new chapter as husband and wife. Their love story is a testament to the magic of friendship, shared purpose, and the joy of finding your soulmate in the most unexpected places.

Kasey and Annie met on their first day at SFA (orientation) and quickly became best friends.  They have shared loves and losses over the years and are looking forward to many more special memories together. Axe 'em jacks!

Alicia became a cousin (read=sister) to Annie when she married Annie's cousin (read=brother) Trey in 2021.

Alyssa is Annie's younger cousin. Annie was there the day of Alyssa's birth and they've been there for each other throughout the years.

Jeanette and Annie met at work in 2019 and have been close friends since. They have been there for each other through everything from snowmaggedon to difficult cases at work and more.

Kristina is Annie's soon to be sister in law. They share a love of goats and under Ken's direction have both learned the crazy of chicken math.

Rachel and Annie have been friends since first grade. They grew up together, traveled as Girl Scouts together, showed animals together in FFA and went to SFA together as undergrads.

Adam and Ken met around 15 years ago at the golf course. After hundreds of rounds of golf, Ken is still trying to win.

Another golf course buddy. (Are we seeing a theme.) Ken and Tony met around the same time as he met Adam, 15 years ago. If easily offended, stay away.

Trey and Annie grew up together. Once he and Ken met, he instantly became like family.

Another friend met on the golf course. Over many years of golf and BBQ cook offs, they became close friends.

Chris and Ken became family after Chris married Ken's sister, Kristina. Chris quickly became the brother Ken never had.

Ken and Chris lived on the same street and grew up together since the third grade. Over many years and life's challenges, they have remained close friends.
